How meditation will support you

 

Meditation is the key to unlocking inner peace, your truth and maybe even your purpose. Meditation allows you to take back your power. To give yourself what your soul desires; love, compassion and clarity of thought.

 

Over the course of the ten-day meditation journey you will be travelling within, cultivating balance and inner calm. I will help you reprogram your mind so that you can stay focussed and on your own path. We will also be taking some gorgeous expeditions which may unfold some inner truths for you.

 

I believe deeply in the power of inner work and personal growth. Allowing yourself space and time for self-enquiry so instead of existing you have a life that’s in alignment with your deepest desires.

 

So, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned meditator, it doesn’t matter. This will gently bring you into alignment with your core being whilst helping you to carve out and stay focussed on your own unique journey.

 

Hi I'm Saima, your meditation teacher.

 

I feel so excited about taking you on this journey of self-exploration, self-love and compassion. I’m intrigued by what you may learn about yourself in this course.

 

In a world that asks so much of us, it is only when we sit quietly, in stillness and in solitude that we can find out who we are, what we need and what we want from life.

 

I started meditating during a very dark time in my life. Meditation helped heal and unearth so much about myself that I'd never given time to learn or even knew how to do.

 

My wish is that this meditation course gives you clarity and direction, deep peace and relaxation and enables you to see just how beautiful and worthy you are.

Morning Meditation

A meditation to help you set up your day with calm and positive energy. You will learn how to protect your energy and get into an abundance mindset, ready to achieve what you desire in your day.

 

 

Inner confidence Meditation

Inner confidence is a changeable state which we flow in and out of. This meditation will help you build confidence and belief by showing yourself love and compassion.

You will be given affirmations to reframe your thoughts. You can use this daily as it will enable you to keep your confidence high, reprogram your mind to build confidence and lift you up during times where you need it most.

 

 

Centring Meditation

A meditation to help you keep things in perspective. When we are overwhelmed or stressed, we often lose perspective on what is already present in our lives or, what our unique strengths are. We can begin to criticize ourselves and compare.

This meditation will help you to see your own beauty and that, which is already present in your life. You will come away feeling peaceful and calm.

 

 

Island Meditation

A really beautiful meditation to enable deep relaxation. You will be taken on a trip to a remote island. Nature is a natural healer and by absorbing the sounds of the ocean, the atmosphere around you and a vision of beauty, you will be transported to the calmest place within you.

By changing your mental state, you can transform your emotional state. This meditation is the perfect mechanism to enable you to do that and restore inner peace.

 

 

Daily affirmations for my development

Self-awareness is key in order to cultivate healthy relationships, live a healthy and peaceful life, harness creativity and achieve your goals. You will be given affirmations as self-reminders to help you show up in the world as the best version of you.

 

 

 Gratitude Meditation

This meditation will help you to cultivate a gratitude practise and surrender to the present moment so your mind can fall into a peaceful state.

You will focus your attention on your heart centre. Opening up your heart and allowing in light, to enable you to move into a natural state of calm.

 

 

Loving Kindness Meditation

You can only sincerely give to others if you can also give to yourself. At times it can feel as though you are giving all of your energy to others at the expense of your inner peace. This can lead to resentment.

In this meditation you will offer loving kindness to yourself, those that you love and the rest of humanity.

 

 

Self-love Meditation

Mental and emotional stress can make us feel lonely and self-esteem to dip. As if our power is in the hands of others.

This meditation will provide you with a safe space in which you can offer yourself tenderness, safety and self-compassion. Taking back your power.

 

 

The Sacred Tree

A gentle, loving meditation where you will take a walk in a peaceful forest and magical garden. In the forest you will become acquainted with a wise old tree. Did you know that trees have age old wisdom? Well in this meditation you will find out.

The forest and garden become a sanctuary in which you can let go and just be yourself without any judgment.

 

 

Visualisation Meditation

A powerful meditation in which you will travel into the depths of your soul and see before your own eyes, the life that you desire.

You will also receive a meditation guide which includes tips on meditating, inspirational quotes and a journal to write any thoughts and awakenings you may have over your ten-day journey.
