Belly dance originated in Egypt and is known to date back to the 18th century. It is now recognised worldwide. It is a form of dancing which focuses on isolating muscle groups in the body, for example, the chest, hips and shoulders. It improves muscular strength, gives you confidence, makes you feel fabulous and develop a positive relationship with your body.

In this six week course, we are going to combine belly dance movements to create energetic and high vibe sessions leaving you feeling fabulous. If you are new to belly dance, pls don't worry. We will be keeping this simple and doable. Just bring good vibes and the intention of having a good time.
