Belly dance originated in Egypt and is known to date back to the 18th century. It is now recognised worldwide. It is a form of dancing which focuses on isolating muscle groups in the body, for example, the chest, hips and shoulders. It improves muscular strength, gives you confidence, makes you feel fabulous and develop a positive relationship with your body.

If you have been doing the beginners courses and are familiar with the basics of Belly Dance, then this level is for you.
